Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC is seeking a Production Lead to guide a multi-functional team in packaging, labeling, and assembly of investigational drug products. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficiency, with responsibility for batch records and SOP adherence.

You will support continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate staffing with other leads to meet production objectives in a cGMP environment. Strong SAP and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Oversees production areas and ensures safety and efficiency.
• Creates and reviews batch records, forms and related documentation.
• Acts as SME across multiple packaging and manufacturing areas.
• Uses SAP for inventory management and materials control.
• Develops and revises SOPs to meet cGMP standards.
• Supports quality investigations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Production Areas as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Trains peers, shares knowledge and creates four-phase training docs.
• Reviews and maintains packaging operation documentation.
• Operates, sets up and adjusts packaging equipment.
• Participates in safety, housekeeping and compliance activities.
• Monitors MRO supplies and supports continuous improvement.
• Works with leads to allocate staff and meet production goals.
• Participates in regular meetings and performance reviews.
