Job summary

US PharmaLab Inc. in North Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Packaging Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and manage packaging department activities. You will drive improvements in packaging processes, ensure safety, GMP compliance, and lead a team including mechanics and warehouse staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining production schedules, coordinating with QA and Planning, preparing production reports, and solving production issues to keep lines running efficiently. Exempt, full-time position.

Qualifications

• BA degree or 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum two years in nutritionally oriented, supplements, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with blending/granulation, tablet compression and/or film coating, encapsulation, or dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage packaging department activities.
• Oversee packaging equipment operation and maintenance.
• Set priorities for mechanics and warehouse staff to keep lines running.
• Collaborate with QA, Planning, and Quality to execute production plans.
• Prepare production reports and inventory records.
