Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking an Operations Line Lead to supervise a high‑performing production team in a pharmaceutical packaging environment. You will drive safe, efficient operations and ensure quality in a fast‑paced facility.

You will coordinate with quality, maintenance and warehouse teams, review line performance, and lead daily line huddle. The role requires shift flexibility, weekend work, and strict adherence to cGMP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Stand 3/4 of the day or more.
• Move, traverse and operate for 3/4 of the day and up.
• Lift up to 50 pounds on average day.
• Work around moving machinery with moderate noise.
• Attend to safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machine per batch record and quality standards.
• Lead daily line huddle and communicate shift information.
• Assign crew, sign rosters, and ensure proper line resources.
• Review jackets and ensure line components are available.
• Escalate quality or equipment issues to supervision.
• Coordinate production needs with warehouse, quality, maintenance.
• Update hourly run charts and VCB information.
• Ensure optimal machine performance with team collaboration.
• Order components when necessary.
• Answer questions and resolve line associates’ issues.
• Complete scrap, recovery, and production rate paperwork.
• Lead line clearance and deep cleaning functions.
• Participate in Gemba and Safety Gemba as applicable.
• Wear PPE and PAPRs as required; overtime/weekend work possible.
• Follow PCI Pharma Services, cGMP and GCP policies.
