RxSource Limited in New Jersey is seeking a Production Room Lead to develop, implement and enforce policies ensuring safety and efficiency of production. The role requires experience with label applications across temperature ranges, strong data integrity for blinded production activities, and leadership for a GMP warehouse environment.
You will supervise packaging runs, coordinate with the warehouse team, maintain the production calendar, and ensure compliance with cGMP.

The Production Room Lead will report to the Operations Supervisor and will be actively involved in developing, implementing, and enforcing policies that ensure the safety and efficiency of production. The successful candidate will have experience in different types of label application (single panel, booklet, flag, etc.), application at multiple temperature ranges, including frozen, ultra frozen, and refrigerated, management and data integrity of blinded production activities, and lead experience. The selected candidate will have a strong focus on client service, delivery, reliability, and leading by example. This candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in GMP warehouse environment and secondary packaging and labeling, can quickly switch gears to handle a range of duties and is proficient with ERP platforms
