Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or packaging experience.
• Solid understanding of cGMPs, SOPs, FDA regulations, and safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee weekly manufacturing and packaging schedules with Supervisors.
• Coordinate departmental activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Support the Production Manager in monitoring and directing operations.
• Review manufacturing and packaging work orders during execution.
• Provide leadership coverage during meetings, audits, and absences.
