Job summary

You will lead production planning, coordinate with QA, Engineering and Supply, manage staffing across shifts, drive continuous improvement, and maintain safe, efficient manufacturing.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–9 years of pharma manufacturing experience; salary range $83,200–$104,000; on-site. Relocation negotiable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a pharmaceutical manufacturing, industrial management or related field preferred.
• 5–9 years of experience in formulation/manufacturing in a cGMP environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, quality systems and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control packaging production per plan to meet targets and quality standards.
• Review production vs. forecast, ensure adherence to schedules and material availability.
• Lead cross-functional activities with QA, Engineering and Stores to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and update GMP/compliance documents; manage investigations, CAPAs and deviations.
• Plan staffing across shifts and ensure safety and training requirements are met.
