CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician for a GMP-driven campus in Lexington, MA.

You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems to keep critical facilities safe and compliant. The role includes preventive maintenance, system performance testing, calibrations, and repairs across Lexington, Cambridge, and North Reading, with travel between sites using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining commercial HVAC systems in regulated facilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment and perform repairs.
• Familiarity with GMP standards and site safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Inspect HVAC equipment for proper operation and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best repair path.
• Apply standard principles to complex maintenance assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across multiple disciplines.
