Job summary
CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Senior HVAC Engineer in Raynham, MA to maintain large commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities. You will install, repair, calibrate, and service control systems and equipment, reading drawings and ensuring safety and codes compliance.
The role requires 5+ years in commercial HVAC, EPA 608 certification, and experience with BMS/CMMS. Candidates should be able to work independently and mentor others while supporting multi-discipline teams.
Qualifications
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with knowledge of chillers, AHUs and RTUs.
- Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS/work order systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, service, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
- Calibrate instruments and control components (VFDs, sensors).
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards.
- Lead by example and coach others in the function.
