Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Engineer to maintain complex commercial HVAC systems for a large manufacturing client. You will perform proactive testing and scheduled maintenance across day, evening, and night shifts, with potential overtime and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Refrigeration license or Universal 608 certification required.
• Commercial real estate experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, calibrate and maintain HVAC control systems and related instruments.
• Inspect HVAC equipment for proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
