Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Facilities Management professional for our Lexington, MA site. This role focuses on GMP/GLP facility operations, program development, and ensuring ISO/regulatory compliance.

The position coordinates with Cambridge and North Reading sites, supervising contractors and managing cleaning-related activities on site. You will oversee programs, manage budgets, analyze work orders, and drive efficiency while collaborating with property managers and teams to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in a cGMP environment.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of processes, procedures, systems in own job function.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CMMS, LMS and Trackwise knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and oversees contractual service providers.
• Work closely with building managers to improve and maintain department programs.
• Liaison with contractors on turnover progress and resolution of cleaning concerns identified by customers.
• Schedule, supervise, and inspect routine services performed by outside contractors.
• Manage financial and administrative tasks related to the cleaning scope.
• Review data from work orders and present performance reports to management.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
• Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives.
• Establish new techniques to help the team meet objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
