Responsibilities

• Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and system reliability in a critical operations environment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore equipment and technical systems.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and performance.
• Address complex network and equipment issues impacting facility operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, maintenance schedules, and records.
• Participate in system updates, user training, and technical documentation.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve operational challenges.
• Mentor and support team members across disciplines.

• Support site performance through operational, project, and service initiatives.
