CBRE is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support a Life Sciences campus in Cambridge, MA. This 2nd shift role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex HVAC and mechanical systems across office, laboratory, and research spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 1–2 years of job‑related experience; combination of experience and education considered in lieu of diploma.
• Valid driver's license required.
• EPA Universal Certificate.
• Meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Follow basic work routines and standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain HVAC and related systems across office, lab, and research spaces.
• Perform ongoing maintenance to ensure proper operation and code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
• Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision.
• Contribute to reliable and safe operation in a regulated Life Sciences environment.
