Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Waltham, MA is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee GMP facilities operations, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure safety and quality compliance. You will report to the Regional Facilities Director and drive operational excellence across site teams.

The role requires 5+ years in IFM or facilities maintenance, with supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s in Engineering.

Qualifications

5+ years experience within IFM or facilities maintenance with 2+ in a supervisor or manager role.
Strong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
Strong organizational, management, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to provide direction to staff.

Responsibilities

Overseeing site operations and managing safety, quality, and staffing in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Ensuring staff and third-party vendors meet EHS, AHJ, GMP compliance, and client expectations.
Developing and managing customer capital and expense budgets.
Delivering monthly/quarterly variance reporting on operating budgets.
Implementing and supporting site management plans aligned with KPIs.
Managing third-party suppliers and monitoring spending with M/WBE.
Collaborating with Sourcing and Contracts Team to ensure vendor compliance.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving issues identified in surveys.
