Job summary

LGC is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to ensure D&G QMT US facilities and equipment stay in a cGMP and ISO 13485 compliant state. You will lead a team, manage a broad preventive maintenance program, and coordinate with vendors and business leadership on capital planning and site utilization.

You will partner with EH&S, QA, and supply chain to install new assets, maintain systems, and improve efficiency while controlling costs. A strong background in regulated environments is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' day-to-day facility and equipment maintenance in a regulated environment.
• Bachelor of Science in engineering, facilities management, or related field.
• OSHA-10/30 and 40-hr HAZWOPER certification, preferred.
• Experience leading a facilities maintenance team.
• Experience developing and executing qualification protocols and reports.
• Ability to schedule work with external contractors with minimal disruption.
• CAD, Visio and other design software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a facilities staff team to fulfill the department’s mission.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment lifecycle program.
• Manage Facilities Budget and Capital Budget participation.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP and ISO 13485 policies.
• Write/change SOPs and manage service vendors.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA/EHS on maintenance and calibration.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies 24/7.
