Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Senior Facilities Manager to lead Integrated Facility Management at a GMP-regulated pharma campus and develop high-performing teams. This role partners with a premier client to drive operational excellence and maintain strict quality standards.

You will oversee complex critical systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while coordinating with landlords and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive facilities management, incl. 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical environments.
• Deep understanding of cGxP, GDP, FDA/EMA regulations.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, DEP, industrial hygiene and hazardous waste.
• Knowledge of pharma-grade HVAC, steam/hot water, generators, compressed air, chemical/gas distribution.
• Experience managing OpEx/CapEx budgets and asset lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management with landlords and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day IFM operations and manage maintenance teams.
• Interface with landlord for base building systems and loading dock scheduling.
• Oversee HVAC, steam, emergency power, and distribution systems.
• Ensure compliance with EHS laws, GDP, GMP and site quality agreements.
• Manage 24/7 call center routing and work orders in SAP/CMMS.
• Lead incident response and life-safety equipment maintenance.
