Job summary

Mentor Technical Group seeks an experienced Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance and calibration activities in GMP-regulated manufacturing settings. You will plan, schedule, and supervise a team of technicians, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and codes while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

The role involves budgeting, training, performance reviews, and developing SOWs, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering field is required.
MBA, MS or ME is preferred.
3-5 years' experience in supervisory role in GMP regulated manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee facility maintenance repairs and operations with minimal supervision.
Direct and schedule work of craft workers, calibration and facilities technicians.
Oversee remodeling projects, energy efficiency, and material procurement.
Ensure facilities comply with applicable laws and building codes.
Administer contracts and monitor contractor performance for timeliness and quality.
Maintain records, budgets, and cost estimates for maintenance activities.
Provide training and performance evaluations for the maintenance team.
Develop SOWs and coordinate with internal departments to meet client requirements.
Monitor safety, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance.
