Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Waltham, MA is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee GMP-certified facilities supporting pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or manufacturing operations. You will manage site operations, budgets, and third-party vendors to ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sourcing/Contracts, ensuring GMP/EHS compliance, and delivering management reports. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years in FM/IFM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management (IFM) or facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years in a supervisor or manager role.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; works well in a matrixed org.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to clients.
• Experience supervising vendors and staff; knowledge of GMP environments.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing site operations and managing safety, quality, and staffing in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Ensuring compliance with EHS, AHJ, GMP, and client expectations.
• Developing and managing budgets for capital and operating expenses.
• Delivering variance reports on operating budgets (monthly/quarterly).
• Collaborating with Sourcing and Contracts to ensure vendor compliance.
