Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead Integrated Facility Management for a GMP R&D campus. You will direct day-to-day operations, oversee self-directed maintenance teams, and coordinate with the landlord and contractors to ensure service continuity and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in facilities management, 5+ in a senior role, and experience in Life Sciences or Pharma.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities management, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical environments.
• Deep understanding of cGxP quality standards, GDP, FDA/EMA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day IFM operations and supervise maintenance teams and vendors.
• Liaise with the Landlord (Brandywine) for base building systems and shared infrastructure.
• Oversee operation, PM/CMMS, and troubleshooting of HVAC, steam/ heating water, and emergency power systems.
• Ensure EHS compliance, site safety policies, and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain cGxP governance, GDP, and SOPs; manage quality agreements.
• Plan maintenance schedules, manage work orders in SAP/CMMS, and track parts/warranty.
• Direct janitorial and soft services to maintain lab and cleanroom standards.
• Support 24/7 emergency response and life safety equipment readiness.
