Creighton University in Omaha, NE seeks a Program Manager for GME to lead accreditation activities, track compliance, and support resident education. This role coordinates recruitment, scheduling, and department liaison duties, while managing budgets and program communications.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the GME Office, Program Director, residents, and fellows, and requires strong organizational and HR-related skills. A healthcare/education background is preferred.

Formación

• Office administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
• Experience in general medical education &/or leadership management, human resource experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accreditation data tracking and prepare surveys and reports.
• Coordinate ERAS, NRMP, and SOAP processes; manage applicant communications and interviews.
• Maintain residency scheduling and call/leave/work hour processes.
• Liaise between the Program Director, residents, fellows and the GME Office.
• Support PEC curriculum planning, evaluations, and conference logistics.
• Manage program communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, and website updates.
• Monitor program budget and professional development funds; process travel reimbursements.
