Job summary

McLeod Health is seeking a Residency Program Manager to oversee daily operations of the residency program, ensure ACGME compliance, and support the Program Director, Faculty, and Residents in delivering high-quality education.

Responsibilities include managing the program budget, recruitment and onboarding of residents, maintaining records in New Innovations, ADS, ERAS and NRMP, tracking work hours and leaves, coordinating rotations in New Innovations, QGenda and Epic, and planning orientation,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of program management experience and/or GME experience.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; alternatives accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residency program and ensure ACGME compliance.
• Manage program budget and reimbursements/expenditures.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding of residents.
• Maintain accurate records in New Innovations, ADS, ERAS and NRMP.
• Track resident work hours, PTO, and leaves; monitor rotation schedules.
• Plan orientation, graduation, and retreats; coordinate accreditation activities.
• Ensure physicians’ licenses are current and compliant.
• Liaise with GME office, hospital departments, and training sites.
