Job summary

Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Program Manager to support accreditation efforts, educational programming, and resident/fellow administration. The role involves coordinating data collection, site visit preparations, and program evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance.

You will recruit and onboard trainees, manage curricula and conferences, coordinate scheduling and leave, handle program finances, and serve as a liaison with the GME office, faculty, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare and/or education setting preferred.
• Experience in medical education and/or leadership management preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accreditation efforts, programming, and resident/fellow support.
• Recruitment and onboarding of trainees; manage ERAS/NRMP processes.
• Input and manage resident/fellow scheduling and leave; ensure call schedules.
• Serve as department liaison between program director and residents.
• Develop curriculum with PEC; track evaluations and coordinate conferences.
• Oversee program communications, meetings, and documentation.
• Manage program budgets, reimbursements, and travel arrangements.
• Understand and apply GME policies and procedures.
• Support HR functions including leave tracking and licensure monitoring.
• Plan education, wellness events, and resident/fellow activities.
