Job summary

Carrollton Regional Medical Center seeks a Medical Education Program Coordinator to manage administrative operations for the GME residency/fellowship program. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate didactic schedules, and support accreditation processes under the Program Director and leadership team.

The role requires MBA or equivalent, plus strong experience in GME administration, program coordination, and familiarity with ACGME requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or healthcare administration; 4 years of admin exp or 60 credits may substitute.
• 3 years direct experience as primary GME program coordinator of an ACGME-accredited residency/fellowship.
• May be required to submit to a federal background investigation
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) with familiarity in GME policies

Responsibilities

• Performs duties assigned by the department manager and leads GME coordination.
• Serves as lead administrative person for the GME residency/fellowship program.
• Manages and oversees daily operations of the GME program(s).
• Acts as liaison with learners, faculty, staff, and ACGME.
• Assists in design, implementation and management of administrative operations.
• Coordinates educational activities (didactic conferences, Grand Rounds) to support curriculum.
