Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years with proven communication and organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a teaching hospital and knowledge of ACGME requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Program Letters of Agreement for changes, expirations, etc.
• Update ACGME ADS with faculty changes and staffing.
• Ensure resident work hours and slog procedures are verified with program director.
• Process resident time-off requests and calendar updates.
• Attend monthly program coordinator and GMEC meetings; participate in related events.
• Assist residents with conference logistics, funding, and registrations.
• Plan meetings with the program director (Scholars Day, Awards, Scheduling, Orientation).
• Coordinate annual evaluations of staff and fellows; prepare required reports and surveys.
