The Detroit Medical Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the GME residency/fellowship program administration in collaboration with leadership, faculty, and the ACGME. You will oversee educational activities, policies, and communications for residents/fellows and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of ACGME/NRMP policies, and proficiency with RMS, MS Office, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent GME experience.
• GME experience preferred.
• Experience with hospital administrative duties is advantageous.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, ERAS and NRMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative operations of the GME residency/fellowship programs.
• Collaborate with program leadership to design and manage operations.
• Oversee didactic scheduling and accreditation requirements.
• Guide residents/fellows on program policies and non-clinical matters.
• Maintain policies to ensure compliance with university and accrediting standards.
• Manage RMS data, including demographics, schedules, and reports.
