Job summary

Detroit Medical Center (DMC) is recruiting a Library/GME Program Coordinator to lead and manage the GME residency/fellowship program operations. You will coordinate daily activities, collaborate with learners, faculty, and ACGME while ensuring program adherence to standards.

We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree and GME experience; hospital admin experience is preferred. The role involves strong data handling and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Administration or related field; in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, proof of prior GME experience (2–4 years).
• GME experience preferred.
• Experience with hospital administrative duties preferred.
• Ability to train others, communicate effectively, and handle high-volume data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the GME residency/fellowship program operations.
• Oversee daily program operations with other coordinators/administrators.
• Act as liaison with learners, faculty, staff and ACGME.
