Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a dedicated Graduate Medical Education Program Coordinator to support the Program Director in maintaining ACGME or CODA accreditation and coordinating residency/fellowship operations. • Education - Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Program Director in maintaining quality GME accreditation (ACGME/CODA).
• Coordinates accreditation documentation, site visits, self-studies, and reviews.
• Manages HR tasks for residents and fellows, including leaves, visas, payroll, and related paperwork.
• Assists with recruitment processes, interview materials, rank lists, and post-Match communications.
• Develops and tracks core competencies, milestones, evaluations, and in-training exams.
• Reviews and assists with program budgets including expenses and onboarding funds.
• Acts as liaison between GME office and residency/fellowship programs; supports program leadership.
• Plans meetings and provides data for agendas and background information.
• Manages resident/fellow scheduling, rotation planning, and call schedules; supports policy implementation.
• Creates wellness and educational programming for residents/fellows.
