Job summary

USA Health is seeking a GME program coordinator to support education quality and regulatory compliance across residency programs in Mobile. The role involves coordinating personnel, logistics, and documentation to uphold accreditation and program standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Program Director, maintain manuals and evaluations, and serve as a point of contact for trainees, faculty, and accreditation authorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of related experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for the required experience Preferred
• Certification with the Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) Preferred
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel, logistical and support for a GME training program with 11 or fewer permanent positions or as lead coordinator for a 21-40 position program.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and maintain educational quality and ensure accreditation standards.
• Serve as primary liaison for the program director, trainees, faculty, departments, sites, and credentialing authorities.
• Maintain records, policies, procedures, learning objectives, curriculum and evaluations.
• Prepare reports and attend required meetings and trainings per ACGME.
