Job summary

USA Health is seeking a dedicated GME program coordinator to support a training program with 11 or fewer positions, under the GME office. You will coordinate personnel, logistics, and compliance to ensure high educational quality across sites.

Working under program leadership, you will maintain documentation, assist in evaluations, and serve as a liaison to trainees, faculty, and accreditation authorities to support accreditation efforts and educational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for the required experience.
• TAGME certification preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience combinations may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel, logistical and support for a GME training program.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to maintain educational quality and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Serve as primary liaison for the program director, trainees, faculty, and credentialing authorities.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and records related to the residency program.
• Prepare and maintain resident, faculty, and program evaluations.
• Assist in interview scheduling and recruitment materials distribution.
