Job summary

The GME Senior Program Coordinator at DHR Health is a vital member of the Internal Medicine residency/fellowship leadership team, contributing to educational success, accreditation compliance, and operational excellence.

You will manage administrative, organizational, and regulatory functions supporting residents, fellows, faculty, and accrediting bodies, ensuring compliance with ACGME, ABMS, ABIM, and institutional requirements while collaborating with program leadership to drive recruitment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare/administration or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of ACGME accreditation standards and residency/fellowship requirements.
• Experience coordinating accreditation site visits and residency/fellowship recruitment.
• Proficiency with residency management systems (MedHub, New Innovations, ERAS, NRMP).
• Minimum three years of administrative experience in graduate medical education or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation and regulatory compliance for Internal Medicine residency and fellowships.
• Coordinate applicant recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and graduation activities.
• Support educational initiatives, trainee development, and program evaluations.
• Manage calendars, documentation, and regulatory reporting for GME programs.
• Facilitate communications between program directors, faculty, residents, and external agencies.
