Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) with relevant administrative/program coordination experience expected.
• TAGME certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead administrative person for the GME residency/fellowship program and coordinate daily operations.
• Manage educational activities and ensure adherence to ACGME requirements.
• Oversee Residency Management System and tracking of demographics, schedules, goals, and reports.
• Assist in program evaluations and competency-based reporting for residents/fellows.
• Coordinate accreditation activities (ACGME site visits, self-studies, reviews).
• Support resident/fellow recruitment, selection, and appointment processes.
• Assist with program quality improvement projects and attach agreement letters as needed.
• Schedule events, prepare conference materials, and stay updated with accreditation trends.
