Job summary

UNC Health in Chapel Hill seeks a Graduate Medical Education Program Administrator to lead the administrative operations for the GME residency/fellowship program. You will coordinate curriculum activities, policy compliance, and program data in the Residency Management System, ensuring smooth daily operations and successful accreditation.

You will collaborate with the Program Director and multiple departments, manage recruitment, and support program evaluations and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• TAGME certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with no experience required may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead administrative person for the GME residency/fellowship program and oversee daily operations.
• Coordinate educational activities and ensure compliance with ACGME requirements.
• Manage the Residency Management System data, schedules, and reports; support program improvement.
• Assist in program evaluations, competency-based language, and accreditation processes.
• Coordinate accreditation activities (ACGME Site Visits, Self-Studies, Internal Reviews).
• Support resident/fellow recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Plan and organize program events, orientations, graduations, and meetings; liaise with internal and external offices.
