Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or 4 years GME experience in lieu
• 4 years of experience in a health-related environment
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel/Access, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Administers the program evaluation process for interns, residents, and students.
• Coordinates program recruitment activities (travel, interviews, housing) and CME events.
• Maintains program databases and generates reports for accrediting bodies.
• Prepares and distributes program materials, syllabi, and correspondence with stakeholders.
• Oversees payroll processing for program personnel and manages confidential records.
