Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree may substitute in lieu of education and experience.
• Two years of Graduate Medical Education and/or related academic or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Program Director in maintaining quality graduate medical education and accreditation.
• Coordinates accreditation processes, site visits, and documentation with GME office.
• Manages resident and fellow HR duties, payroll, visas, and related administrative tasks.
• Plans recruitment, interviews, rank order materials, and post-Match communications.
• Assists in curriculum development, milestones, evaluations, and didactic scheduling.
• Reviews budgets, expenses, and educational funds relevant to orientation and onboarding.
• Acts as liaison for GME, tracking data, agreements, and accreditation action plans.
• Plans meetings, provides data for agendas, and maintains program communications.
• Oversees resident/fellow scheduling, rotation planning, and call schedules.
• Contributes to policy development and implementation of institutional procedures.
• Creates educational, wellness, and social programming for residents/fellows.
