Job summary

UNC Health is seeking a dedicated GME Program Administrator to lead the administrative operations of our residency and fellowship programs within the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. You will coordinate education activities, manage the Residency Management System, and partner with faculty and learners to ensure compliance and program success.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrator for the GME residency/fellowship program and liaise with learners, faculty and staff.
• Coordinate didactic conferences and Grand Rounds, ensuring policy adherence and accreditation readiness.
• Manage the Residency Management System: demographics, schedules, hours, goals, attendance.
• Develop and administer program evaluations with competency-based language; oversee evaluations.
• Coordinate accreditation activities including Site Visits, Self-Studies, reviews and reports.
• Support recruitment and appointment processes with GME Office policies.
• Assist with quality improvement projects and maintain training agreements with outside institutions.
• Schedule program events and represent the program at meetings and conferences.
