Job summary

This role ensures ACGME compliance, coordinates rotations and recruitment, maintains ERAS and GME databases, and supports budgeting and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, education, business, or related field is required.
• In lieu of education, leadership may accept four years of applicable experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred; familiar with HR issues and policies; complex database management.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative duties for Sanford's residency and fellowship programs.
• Plan and manage resident/fellow rotation and call schedules; liaise with other programs as needed.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations; maintain ERAS and GME databases; support HR functions and budget reviews.
