Job summary

The role requires initiative, independent judgment and collaboration with residency/fellow leadership. Responsibilities include data management, recruitment, budget oversight and policy compliance for residents and fellows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation processes and program management.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leadership to ensure ongoing program accreditation.
• Oversees site visit preparation and execution for accreditation.
• Manages the residency/fellow data system including evaluations, duty hours, files and portfolios.
• Maintains compliance with national accreditation requirements and GME standards.
• Oversees residency/fellow recruitment including application review and interviews.
• Tracks budgets and reconciliations for the residency/fellowship programs.
