Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of GME program management experience.
• Active TAGME certification or ability to obtain within 3 years.
• Willingness to attend Lexington Medical Center Transition to Leadership Program within 6 months.
• Experience with ACGME accreditation processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERAS, NRMP, ADS and residency recruitment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACGME accreditation processes including self-studies, site visits, and documentation for GMEC approval.
• Oversee HR functions for residents including visas, time off, and payroll, with guidance on verifications and loans.
• Plan and manage resident recruitment activities and rank order certification.
• Manage curriculum functions including milestones, evaluations, and conferences; ensure ADS documentation.
