Job summary

Creighton University in Phoenix seeks a GME Program Manager to join the leadership team. You will oversee accreditation, curriculum planning, resident/fellow scheduling, and program operations to support residency and fellowship training.

The role requires strong leadership, personnel management, and knowledge of GME core requirements. You will coordinate with GMEC, PEC, sites, and departments to ensure compliance and continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5 years' experience of office administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.
• Experience in a large academic health system.
• Knowledge of University policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program accreditation processes and GMEC/PEC liaison and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, interviews, and Rank Meeting materials with the Program Director.
• Manage resident/fellow scheduling and rotation calendars and program requirements.
• Drive budget planning and tracking for the GME program and communicate variances.
• Educate and mentor new GME Program Managers on accreditation and institutional policies.
