Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree: preferred but not required for entry.
• Three years of related experience with an Associate's degree; five years with a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead administrative person for the GME residency/fellowship program and manage daily operations.
• Assist in design and management of administrative/academic operations and coordinate educational activities.
• Design, deliver, and report timely completion of resident/fellow, faculty, and program evaluations; coordinate accreditation activities.
• Assist with resident/fellow recruitment and appointment processes in coordination with GME policies.
• Plan program quality improvement projects; prepare LOAs with participating institutions and training sites.
• Maintain relationships with the Office of GME, coordinate events, and prepare materials for conferences and trainings.
