Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a senior GME professional to oversee accreditation, program evaluation, and compliance across all graduate medical education programs.

Responsibilities include directing GME staff, collaborating with Deans and Program Directors, and ensuring alignment with ACGME, TMB, and NRMP requirements. A master’s degree is preferred and experience in an Academic Medical Center is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Education/Social Science, or related field.
• 6 years experience in appropriate field that includes 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Master's Degree preferred; experience in Academic Medical Center environment; familiarity with ACGME, TMB, NRMP policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements systems to enhance oversight of all graduate medical education programs.
• Provides direct and indirect supervision to GME Office staff.
• Maintains knowledge of accreditation requirements and serves as institutional resource for GME accreditation and compliance.
