Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a dedicated GME Program Coordinator to maintain accreditation readiness, manage ADS and fellowship records, and coordinate fellow recruitment and onboarding.

You will support the Program Director, track licensure and training requirements, and coordinate conferences, evaluations, and program quality initiatives to ensure compliance with ACGME standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field; two years of related experience or 60 college hours may substitute.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• May be required to submit to a federal background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including educational activities and program-wide events.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, selection, and onboarding, including visa, licensure, and credentialing.
• Provide support to residents/fellows on policies and administrative matters.
• Ensure program compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.
• Assist with program quality initiatives and improvement projects.
• Coordinate evaluations and data entry; assist with reports to accrediting bodies.
