Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Program Coordinator for the GME program. Maintain compliance with ACGME requirements, coordinate recruitment and onboarding of cardiology fellows, manage ADS/ERAS/NRMP processes, and track licensure and training while supporting CCC/PEC activities.

Coordinate didactic conferences, rotation schedules, and evaluations, ensuring timely documentation and effective communication with residents, fellows, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

• Education Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field. (Two years of related experience or 60 semester hours of college credit may substitute for an Associate's Degree)
• Experience May be required to submit to a federal background investigation.
• Education Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including educational activities and program-wide events.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including visa requirements, licensure, and credentialing.
• Provide support to residents/fellows on program policies, procedures, and administrative matters.
• Work with the Program Director to ensure program compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.
• Assist with program quality initiatives and improvement projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate resident/fellow evaluations, including scheduling, data entry, and analysis.
