USA Health Systems in Mobile, AL seeks a Graduate Medical Education Programs Coordinator to support residency and fellowship training operations along the Gulf Coast. Under supervision, you will work with the Program Director to ensure educational quality, regulatory compliance, and accurate record-keeping, coordinating interviews, budgeting, and communications with trainees and participating sites.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4 years related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for the required experience (preferred).
• TAGME certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate GME training program operations with 11 or fewer training positions.
• Collaborate with Program Director to maintain educational quality and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison for trainees, faculty, departments, and accreditation bodies.
• Assist in developing policies, curricula, assessments, and evaluations with PEC.
• Maintain records, policies, and program evaluations; prepare letters of verification.
• Attend meetings, train staff on software and databases, and support recruitment and budget processes.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards; enforce attendance and scheduling.
