Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake seeks a GME Program Administrator to support residency and fellowship training onsite, handling administrative, operational and financial management with a focus on ACGME compliance and policy adherence.

The role covers long-range planning, trainee recruitment, onboarding, project development, workflow analysis, and accreditation updates, while partnering with residents and faculty within the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant healthcare education experience.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably Graduate Medical Education.
• TAGME certification highly regarded and beneficial.
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems (MedHub or New Innovations) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more residency/fellowship programs.
• Coordinate program recruitment and NRMP processes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements for residents and faculty.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for residents and fellows.
• Serve as liaison to ensure a positive educational experience.
