Job summary

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.).
• Be an energetic participant during GME Team Huddles and GMEC Meetings.

Responsibilities

• Performs all administrative and operational tasks for the training program and supports residents and fellows.
• Maintains minutes, program data reports, and action plans for improvement.
• Ensures compliance with ACGME policies and accreditation requirements.
• Onboards residents, completes HR and regulatory documents, and coordinates onboarding with partners.
• Sends invitations, schedules interviews, and communicates with candidates throughout the process.
• Manages the residency management system and tracks budget and expenses for the GME Office.
