The role requires understanding ACGME/ CPME accreditation policies, organizing conferences, payroll, recruitment, and calendar management, with collaboration across HR, contracts, and marketing. Strong initiative and independent judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years experience in a medical education or higher education support position required.
• Graduate Medical Education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages schedules and resident attendance for all required educational activities, including conferences and didactic experiences.
• Collaborate with Human Resources for resident issues concerning policy and disciplinary actions.
• Complete trainee payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Provide administrative oversight for residency and fellowship items, including inquiries, file management and verification requests.
• Maintain residency curriculum with competency-based goals and objectives for each training level.
• Assist in contract negotiations by coordinating with contracts manager.
• Recruitment support during ERAS, interviews, Match, orientation and graduation.
• Assist in onboarding and training new program administrators with periodic training sessions.
• Oversee website development and social media to promote the training program with Marketing.
