Job summary

The role requires initiative and independent judgment. Responsibilities include site visit prep, database management (MedHub, ACGME WebADS, GMETrack), budget oversight, and liaison work with trainees, HR, and hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience in a medical education or higher education support position is required.
• Graduate Medical Education experience preferred.
• Training Administrators for Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) credential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparations for site visits, self-study, and other review processes.
• Manage databases and websites including MedHub, ACGME WebADS, GMETrack, and specialty organizations.
• Provide overall program management of the graduate medical education training program.
• Meet with the GME manager and program director on issues and projects.
• Administer specialty In-Training Exams and ACGME surveys.
• Manage the residency/fellowship budget and expenditures.
• Act as liaison among trainees and hospital administration and HR.
• Coordinate recruitment (ERAS), interviews, Match, and orientation/graduation.
• Onboard and train new program administrators.
• Oversee website development and social media materials for program promotion.
• Collaborate to plan events like Match day, orientation, and graduation.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME and hospital policies.
