Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year of relevant program experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365 apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams preferred.
• Familiarity with MedHub and the ACGME ADS system is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• HR, Onboarding, Offboarding, Benefits - coordinate and maintain Non-ACGME program and fellow HR processes; assist with tracking, contracting, licensing, onboarding and offboarding, benefits, and MedHub documents.
