Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a GME Accreditation Coordinator to track and monitor accreditation and program processes, assist with development, and provide support for GME committees and subcommittees. This role will work closely with GME staff and leadership, understanding ACGME, CODA, and other regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant program experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain written process documentation.

Responsibilities

• HR, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits coordination for non-ACGME programs (25%).
• Monitor program compliance with ACGME NST and institutional requirements (20%).
• Maintain Non-ACGME/NST program documentation and evaluations (15%).
• Assist with accreditation for Non-MD/DO training programs; liaise with stakeholders (25%).
• Provide administrative support to the accreditation team and meetings (15%).
