Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC - Univ) is seeking a GME Accreditation Coordinator to track accreditation processes, support program development and assist with GME committees. This role collaborates with GME leadership, staff and program coordinators to ensure compliance with ACGME, CODA and other bodies.

Responsibilities include onboarding, retention of documentation, and maintaining process records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365 including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with MedHub and the ACGME ADS system preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to document processes.

Responsibilities

• HR, Onboarding, Offboarding, Benefits - 25%.
• Program Compliance/ACGME Requirements - 20%.
• Program Maintenance – 15%.
• Non-MD Program Oversight – 25%.
• Accreditation Team Support - 15%.
